Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Typical shipping estimates:
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first and then contacting the carrier for the most current update.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@topfiverecords.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or the carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [5–7] days of delivery at info@topfiverecords.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
